CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

The user agrees to use the website according the following conditions of use. In no case will Lupicinio Eversheds be responsible for any damages that might be caused by improper or illegal use of the website by third parties. The user of the web site will have sole and exclusive responsibility for any damages that might occur. 

The user will be responsible for all expenses, costs and compensation that could derive from procedures initiated against him/her relating to failure to comply with the conditions of use.

The user of the website agrees not to use it or its contents in any way that contravenes governing legislation relating to its application. Under no circumstances will Lupicinio Eversheds be responsible for any interruption or lack of continuity of access to the website whether caused by the actions or omissions of Lupicinio Eversheds or of a third party.

Any exercise of the aforementioned rights, independent of the means or form in which it takes place requires prior permission in writing from Lupicinio Eversheds.

DREGISTERED PERSONAL DETAILS

In fulfilment of its obligations under the Law 15/1999 of the 13th December relating to the protection of personal data, Lupicinio Eversheds advises users of its web site, lupicinioeversheds.com that data relating to email addresses that is requested in information request or observation forms, and which is characterised as personal data, will not be included in any datafile of personal information. 

TREATMENT OF REGISTERED PERSONAL INFORMATION

 Data received relating to email will not be used for ends other than those concerning the enquiry that has been made and will be removed once it is no longer useful for that purpose.

Cookies will not be installed on users’ equipment. 

“SPAMMING”

The only communication made by email will be what is necessary to fulfil the information request made by the user, or to respond to his or her observations.

Should an information request include personal details not belonging to the user, the user should advise such persons in advance of the content of the preceding paragraphs.
